Caffivo was born from a simple desire: to share the untold story of Himalayan coffee with the world. Nestled in the foothills of the world's highest mountains, our beans grow in a unique microclimate that imparts a flavor profile unlike any other.
We work directly with small-holder farmers who have tended these lands for generations. By cutting out intermediaries, we ensure that our farmers receive fair compensation for their artistry, allowing them to invest back into their communities and sustainable farming practices.
Every bean is hand-picked at peak ripeness, washed in crystal-clear mountain spring water, and sun-dried in the thin, crisp air. Our roasting process is a delicate dance of heat and time, designed to highlight, not hide, the bean's natural character.
