Inside Kathmandu Valley

We offer FREE Shipping for all orders delivered within the Kathmandu Valley. Your coffee will be delivered directly to your doorstep.

Outside Kathmandu Valley

For deliveries outside the valley, standard shipping charges will apply based on your location and order weight.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your coffee. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

3-Day Return Window

You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Eligibility

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The package and beans must not be damaged.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Issues & Defects

If you find any issues with the package or the beans upon delivery, please contact us immediately.

We will send a replacement product to you at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

Please note: Money will not be refunded (No Cash Back). We only offer product replacements or exchanges for valid issues. If there are no issues with the product quality but you still wish to return it within the 3-day window, standard processing fees may apply.
